4. Once received, please allow up to 3-8 business days for your return to be processed. You will be emailed your store credit. Please check junk and spam folders as this can often end up there. Please note your postage fee for $9.95 will be taken out of your credit amount. 
The following outlines our returns policy. All return policies issued by Frankie and Co Clothing abide by and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law (ACL). By processing your payment with Frankie and Co Clothing, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and any returns of your purchases. Please ensure your return complies with our full returns policy stated below. Otherwise, your return may be sent back to you.
  • Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Refunds will be provided for items deemed faulty or if an order cannot be fulfilled; we do not provide a refund for change of mind.
  • Refunds on faulty items will be issued for the price you paid for the item along with any shipping costs and will be provided in the same form as your original purchase.
  • Keep your tracking number safe as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Alternatively, you are welcome to return items to our Bendigo or Swan Hill store.
  • By purchasing from Frankie and Co Clothing, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different dependent on individual monitor settings.
  • Any returns that are received with no returns form will automatically be issued with a store credit.
  • Due to our strict health and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept the return of earrings and hair accessories unless deemed faulty.
  • Please note that Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • If you change your mind on a full priced item within 30 days of delivery a store credit or exchange will be offered.
  • Please choose carefully as there are strictly no returns or exchanges for change of mind on permanent markdown items.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Please ensure the product is in unworn and in its original condition with all swing tags still attached.
  • You will need to cover the return postage and the postage cost for the new item you’re exchanging for.

  • Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. To avoid disappointment, please phone 61+ 428 904 846. or email prior to sending your return to confirm if item you are exchanging will be available.
  • If the item does not meet this condition, it may be returned to you.
  • Gift cards and Credit notes are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
  • Store credits are provided for the cost of the item paid at purchase exclusive of any shipping costs.
  • Only one discount code can be used per order.
  • If you have an existing code during a sale period, unfortunately only one can be honoured - so it is up to you to decide which ones to use.
  • If you forget to use the code or credit in your order, we are unable to refund/credit the difference to amend this.
