I ordered the Items on the recent sale including the Francesca Wide Leg Pants. Eeven though Iwas sent 1 item as a Dress instead of the Shirt version the products were great quality and very generous fit. Upon making contact with Sue the Customer Care Associate in Bendigo Victoria the issue was resolved quickly. I returned the incorrect item the day they arrived. Sue organised for the correct item to be sent, which arrived 2 days later in Queensland.
